This notice is to inform you that the drinking water in Clear Brook City MUD is safe to use and drink.

We are aware of a taste and odor quality issue. Per notification from our water supplier, the City of Houston, recent rain events have caused a raw water change at their source. It is affecting the surrounding cities including a large portion of the Clear Brook City MUD area.

All surrounding participants receive their water from the City of Houston Southeast Water Purification Plant (SEWPP). The SEWWP reported today that the taste and odor issues are starting to improve and they expect in the next few days that these issues at the water distribution system will continue to dissipate .
