Due to Hurricane Beryl and the remaining effects of no power or online payment availability, all residents who are currently in a DELINQUENT STATUS will have until Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 8 am to make a payment. If a payment is not made by this date and time, a DOOR HANGER will be placed on your front door and an additional fee of $10.00 will be added to your account balance.

Payments not received by Thursday, July 25, 2024, by 5 pm will result in residents’ services being disconnected.

• Once an account is disconnected, the entire balance plus all applicable fees must be paid BEFORE service will be restored.
• Disconnected service fees include a $10.00 door hanger fee, a $50.00 delinquent fee and an additional $50.00 deposit.
• Services restored after 3:00 PM will have a $50.00 after hours fee.
