Information from Texas Pride Disposal has been incorrect and short coming at best.  The management at CBC MUD was told that all trash scheduled for pick-up on Friday, July 12, 2024, in Riverstone Ranch and Clear Brook Meadows would be completed on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

Management drove both neighborhoods several times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to investigate the progress.  Sadly, NO trucks were seen working the area.  Numerous calls and text messages were sent to Texas Pride Disposal for updates – to no avail.

Texas Pride Disposal has instructed CBC MUD today that they will be collecting in those neighborhoods on Tuesday, July 18, 2024, beginning at their usual 6 am start time.  Trash should be placed curbside by this time.

Household trash is the priority. Please make sure to separate the household trash from yard and storm debris.

CBC MUD is aware that trash has not been collected in those areas for a week. Contact has been made with the COO Ray Lewis regarding their unacceptable progress.  If you would like to make your complaint to Texas Pride Disposal regarding their substandard service, you may call 281-342-8178.

Small tree limbs under 4” in diameter and yard waste will NOT be collected until next week or the week after. This is due to the large volume of household waste.

We are still awaiting word from Harris County to see if they will be doing any heavy trash pick-up of larger tree and fence waste. Otherwise, these items are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.

Per District Guidelines:

Small tree limbs must be no longer than 4′, be bundled with tape or rope in piles that are no heavier than 40 pounds. NO branches larger than 4″ in diameter will be collected by Texas Pride Disposal.

**NO fence material will be accepted.**

Due to the heavy volume and wait times at dump sites, crews will be running slow.
